Striking folio presentation of thirteen atmospheric and haunting wash drawings interpreting Milton's Paradise Lost. These drawings were executed in 1958 by the Dutch illustrator and printmaker, Victory Stuyvaert (1897-1974) who was known for these literary interpretations and symbolist-influenced graphic work.
