Few contemporary pencil annotations to margins and at rear, stain to fore edge of last dozen or so pages. Front pastedown slightly chipped, boards with some staining. A sound, very good copy.
Scarce copy of this masonic text by the English cleric and freemason, George Oliver (1781-1861). OCLC notes publication dates of 1825, 1842, 1855 [3 copies], and 1866, for this title, each held in very few copies. Also of note, not all printings include his Mirror for the Johannite Masons, as this copy does. Item #9530
