Publisher's light blue cloth boards with illustrated paste on on front cover and blue lettering on spine. Page block somewhat toned, plates quite bright, front hinge just starting. Neat ownership inscription to ownership page. Scuffing and wear to boards and cover illustration, but a very good, sound copy.
Nice, early (second?) printing of the 4th Oz book, one of only two titles in the original 14 to be illustrated with watercolor paintings by Neill. Item #9520
