Charming collection of nonsense poems and light verse for children, with illustrations by Leydenfrost.  This was Roethke's first collection for children, with two others following near and after his death, Party at the Zoo (1963) and Dirty Dinky (1973).  Very uncommonly found signed. Item #8657
