New York: 1994. 17x13" ink on white cardstock, nicely matted and framed. Signed by Ginsberg at the bottom of the snake, and dated 6/23/94 in NYC. Few light wrinkles and a faint marginal stain at top edge, else near fine.
A very interesting image, and large, from Allen Ginsberg being the cover illustration for the short-lived alternative zine published in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This very esoteric piece adorned the cover of the final issue, #13, and shows an ouroboros surrounding the earth, complete with evil eyes, aliens, a black hole, stars and Stars of David, and the alphabet. An unusual and attractive piece of art from Ginsberg who often sketched in his books, but seldomly produced larger-format, detailed works such as this. Item #8532
