From the estate of Seattle author, Ann Rule, who popularized and modernized the true crime genre starting with her first book, The Stranger Beside Me in 1980.  The publisher here is requesting a blurb from Rule, and sending her the proof for review.  Interestingly, there is a quote from Rule on the back cover in praise of Blood Games, a previous book from Bledsoe.
