Boston: Arena Publishing Co., 1894. First edition. 8vo, [5], xi, [3], 150pp plus [4] ads at rear. Blue cloth stamped in silver on front cover and spine. Hinges tender, spine dulled and frayed at ends. Ownership signatures to endpapers, pages toned, moisture staining to inner and lower margins throughout, most prominent on the final dozen or so pages. Still a very good copy.

Nice overview of the polytheist religions and how they relate to the Christian Gospel and salvation, and the cause for missionary work.  Essentially a work of omnitheism.  Includes excerpts from the writings of Swami Vivekananda and others.
