Los Angeles: Fantasy Publishing Co, Inc., 1953. First edition. 8vo, 167, 208pp. 2 double page illustrations in "Death's Deputy." Publisher's blue cloth, spine tamped in gilt in jacket designed by Crozetti. Near fine copy with light wear at corners and spine ends in very good jacket with rubbing along folds, light chipping at spine ends, and some adhesive residue to rear panel. An extra, untrimmed jacket from the publisher is included, which shows wrinkling and a few edge tears.

Quite uncommon FPCI publication consisting of the first edition sheets of Death's Deputy, published in 1948, and Kingslayer, 1953, bound up with a specially designed jacket for the collection.  Also contains the shorter works, "The Invaders" and "The Beast."  Printed in an edition of 300-500 copies.
