A few charming pen and pencil vignette illustrations, including a frontis, added by a Clair Brubaker, likely a student, and who has signed at the front. A very good copy.
A nice little regiment history of the Colorado Volunteers and in particular, the experience of the author, Private Arthur G. Baker in the capture of Manila at the tail end of the Spanish-American War. Includes rosters of the officers and companies at rear. This copy nicely illustrated in a contemporary hand, likely by a school-age child.
