Important history of the city of Seattle by Welford Beaton (1874-?). Beaton was born in Ontario and began his career writing for and editing various local newspapers. A connection with the Seattle Times brought him to the city in 1903. This work is well written and copiously illustrated with historic photos of the city. Uncommon in the trade. Item #5983
