Very good with half-circular stain to foredge throughout and some minor worming to rear wrapper and margins of last several pages. Relatively early territorial imprint, containing list of officers, proceedings, extracts from reports of other state/territorial lodges, subordinate lodges in Washington, the fraternal dead, and appendix.

Freemasonry in the area was established through the Grand Lodge of Oregon before Washington became its own territory in 1853. Olympia, Steilacoom, Grand Mound lodges were established, and finally in 1858, the Grand Lodge of Washington was formed.
