Wrappers sunned. Laid in are an original reception dinner menu from the Grolier Club visit for which this book was printed and a broadside "Become a Native Texan - Talk Their Language or How to talk Texas, in one easy lesson." A selection designed to present a profile of the Interests of the Bridwell Library, prepared on the occasion of a visit by the Grolier Club, May 1, 1976. 100 detailed listings in two sections: 1. The First 495 years of printing and 2. The Last 25 Years of Printing. The reception and dinner were held at The Chaparral Club, the main being Tournedos of Beef Rossini. Attendees could learn the native tongue by studying the handout, with definitions for words such as "Frash," "Minners," and "Purdy." Item #4694
