Red cloth boards with black lettering, text block printed from the same plates as the original Stokes edition. Spine ends pushed and lightly toned. Jacket with some shallow chipping and a few tears at spine ends and corners, spine faded. Very good.
Incredibly scarce Grosset reprint of Runyon's classic, in the original jacket by Hawkins. We date this to around 1934 or 35 based on the titles listed on the rear panel. Original price of $.75 intact. Item #10081
