American financial astrologer, Jeanne Long (1937-2019) amassed a wonderful library related to her craft as she toured the world lecturing on her trading methods. The books, ranging from 16th century English texts to privately printed works from her contemporaries, were read, referenced, and used as tools in the composition of her own works which include Universal Clock, Basic Astrotech, and others. She was a well known and influential figure in astrological and financial circles, both fields being prototypically dominated by men.
This list consists of books and pamphlets specifically related to astrology as used for the timing of markets. A couple of the books are found on W.D. Gann's reading list, Long being a disciple of the pioneering trader. Included is her own copy of his famous sci-fi novel, The Tunnel Thru the Air, with her notes. The list provides an intriguing glimpse into the world of sacred trading through the books of one devoted to the art.
