Best edition of this compendium of translated, ancient fragments, being the most well known work from British scholar, Isaac Preston Cory (1802-1842).

F. Leigh Gardner notes in his Catalogue Raisonné, "all later [editions] are mutilated and practically useless," referring to the 1876 edition by E. Richmond Hodges which added more fragments, but removed several of Cory's.
