Very good with wrappers lightly chipped and soiled, reinforced at spine with later cloth tape. Fragile map shows some small splits at folds. Washington territorial imprint, a message from the twelfth governor of W. T. who served through 1887, and later became a senator when Washington became a state in 1889. Wonderfully detailed map of the territory, drawn by Anderson Bros., Seattle, present at rear. Item #4720
