Very good with some wrinkling and wear along top edge and smudging and a few pencil marks to front cover. Clean internally. Washington territorial imprint, an address from Ferry, the tenth governor of the territory, and later the inaugural governor when Washington became a state in 1889.
Includes sections on finances, fisheries, coal and lumber, the territorial library which was in a "very unsatisfactory condition," population, emigration, and the Northern Pacific Railroad which had faced several delays since announcing Tacoma as the planned site of its western terminus in 1873.
